Business Name	Required	The name of your cottage food operation or business name must be displayed on the label.
Physical Address	Required	Your business or home address must be included on the label. Some states allow using a registration number instead.
Ingredients List	Required	All ingredients must be listed in descending order of predominance by weight.
Allergens Declaration	Required	Major allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, sesame) must be clearly declared.
